    Working on a college campus is a great experience, you get to meet and interact with so many different and diverse people.

    Sometimes language or culture differences can get in the way, but it is a good challenge!

    I was hired on as a faculty assistant at the Georgia Tech campus recreation center. The interview consisted of team based and behavioral questions (describe a time when). The questions are very similar to those asked by any company and they are very straightforward. Also make sure you have a reason for applying!
