I worked at Glazer's full-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

I loved working here, great place, great bosses and benefits. We allways had a fun day at work, I really miss working there, I still would be if it wasnt for my move to Florida, the Company was a good company to work for.

    Cons

The only thing that was a challenge was the point system

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

I think you will lose really good employees on this point system. Allot of woman work there that have kids and things come up, if you child is sick and you call in its a point, get so many your fired, lucklly for me mine are grown and didn't have that problem, but some of my co-workers really stressed over this new program.

    Application Details

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 week - interviewed at Glazer's.

    Interview Details

I received a phone call conversation from a recruiter. The recruiter was very nice and asked simple questions and gave overall company/job expectations and description. Overall it was a laid back and conversational phone call. He asked me what I was looking for in a job and how I would fit into the company. He was very nice and talked to me at first about non work related questions which helped me ease into the phone conversation. He asked me multiple times if I had questions and was very helpful and detailed when answering the questions that I had.

    Interview Questions
    • He asked how I would be a good fit in the company and if I had any questions about the role I would be doing if I accepted the job. It was not hard or stressful in any way.   View Answer
