    They promote team work. They were flexible with my schedule. They backed up employees when faced with crisis or unfounded complaints.


    Location was a bummer. It was very close to county USC , so we got a lot of overflow at Glendale . Patients whom Didn't feel like waiting came over to our hospital, so there was a real high volume in the ER

    Advice to Management

    More nurses on the schedule. Ian increase in supportive staff also.'
