    Pros

    Great charge nurses, RNs and staff.
    Everyone you work with is very focused on patient care.
    Employees hold each other to high standards.
    Good benefits and compensation.

    Cons

    Sometimes there was no clean linen.
    They were laying off CNAs when I left.
    Managers that advocated for nursing staff left for other positions.
