A small company that grew into a little giant literally overnight with a lot of hard work and determination. Is a leader in it's business of telecommunications and many employees have been at the company for many years. Due to it's success it's caught the eye of Bell and Rogers and just awaiting for the deal to close. Who knows what the future holds?
With success sometimes comes the thinking of a big company and though the company is still relatively small in size at head office it may require people wearing many hats. Communication downward from senior management can also be improved.
Advice to Management
Your people are your greatest asset and have helped with the success of the company. Don't keep them in the dark, let them know what's happening before it happens. Rumors and the unknown is never good and you could lose good people.

I applied in-person – interviewed at Glentel.
3 part interview process. Management is generally internal. You start as a sales rep then assistant then manager. The length of time depends on how well you perform in sales, customer service, and team building. The first interview is with a manager, second a team lead, third with a DM. They take referrals, online applications and walk ins.
