    Pros

    In house training and positive environment if you're willing to start from the bottom, I mean VERY bottom- door to door sales.

    Cons

    Promised a multitude of job titles such as Account Executive, Team Lead, Account Manager.. In all honesty, you're a door to door salesperson!! All of these positions are the same thing! Bottom of the barrel! 3 interviews and over a week later.. They'll finally tell you that you're hired. First day after training they'll finally let you know you're going door to door getting Cox customers to switch to Century Link. Not only all of these negative and false leads, they won't even let you know that you're going to be a door to door salesperson and working 100% commission until your actual first day of hire... UTMOST IMPORTANTLY...AFTER you've signed legal documents including "if you want to sue me" there's no chance for you to hire your own legal representation document.

    Advice to Management

    Stop proposing false job titles and making people execute 3 interviews, (2 are 15 minutes or less time duration and a waste of the interviewee's time due to your obvious high turnover rate). 1 interview is 45 minutes to an hour in which is excruciatingly intense and still doesn't enlighten the interviewee on what they'll be doing when they start working for you. Lastly and most importantly, LIE to an interviewee on the 3rd interview, when they directly ask you "Who they will be managing, their job titles and the environment they'll be working in?" Thus, respond with, "We are uncertain of that at this time and still working that out." In the end you should've said, YOU'LL BE GOING DOOR TO DOOR SELLING CENTURY LINK AND GETTING COX COMMUNICATIONS CUSTOMERS TO SWITCH TO CENTURY LINK, all while using your own vehicle and gas. See, it's not hard to follow one of your mottos "honesty and integrity are the most important business aspects."

    I applied online. The process took a weekinterviewed at Global Consulting (Omaha, NE) in June 2015.

    Interview

    Very brief, straight forward. 3 round interview process. But it'd very skeptical, reading the reviews and all, you still will ponder about this company. It has existed for 2 years. The second interview I went with a account executive for a more one on one type. Awesome guy. Everything seems so scripted. Don't know if the other candidates made it to the end or if everyone got offered the job.
