I have been working at Global Healthcare Exchange full-timeRecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEORecommendsPositive OutlookApproves of CEO
I was pleasantly surprised when on my first day of work, only 3 business days after I accepted the employment offer, I arrived at the office to find that I had been assigned a cubicle, a phone number, a functional PC with necessary access, and a list of suggested training courses. Amazing! That's the first time I've started at a company and all of the ducks were in a row. That really bodes well for the company and how the departments work together to get things done!
I've only been with the company a short while, and at the moment I cannot think of a thing that I would have changed. The only bump in the road so far has been with registered for benefits, but that has more to do with a move to a new HR system the same week that I was hired than anything else.
Advice to Management
The staff at GHX has really impressed me with their professionalism and with the welcoming attitude of inclusiveness that I've experienced so far at the company. Plus, the perks of free beverages (coffee, tea, soda, filtered water) and the benefits package are very, very nice touches and very appreciated. Thank you for creating an atmosphere of collaboration and innovation. I look forward to a long career at GHX!
