The culture is really good, down from great. The benefits are good, and a lot of the people are great.

Attention to the bottom line has gotten a little too much focus, to the detriment of the culture and long-term strategy.

    Advice to Management

Take care of your people, and the rest will take care of itself. Weed out the bad apples, but don't change the culture because of them.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at GlobalSCAPE (San Antonio, TX) in May 2014.

    1. Initial phone interview with HR- very welcoming and professional 2. Phone interview with department manager- was great to meet and very professional 3. Submission of samples of work for review via email- work was thoroughly reviewed with feedback from the team's perspective. 4. In person interview with Department Manager and team extending all day to meet and interview with each business unit. Everyone was very nice and asked thoughtful questions.
