    I worked at Globalpundits

    Pros

    Great client and annual company cruise. Company benefits are average.

    Cons

    No pay for time off or holidays. Company is pretty much hands off most of the time. It's like you are an independent consultant except you have benefits, fill out a time card, and get occasional interaction from company personnel when it is required to conduct company business.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Be more personable with employees year round. It's not a crime, but the impersonal nature of the way I've been treated for the most part should be!
