I have been working at Glotel full-time

Good team environment. I felt supported as a sales person, given opportunity & flexibility to grow, ongoing training provided, excellent support from recruitment team. My reqs were always covered! Good benefits and commission plan.

As with any sales job it can be tough the first few months to gain traction. Although challenging, working the system and keeping up with KPI's pays off. Always felt like the team was behind me.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5+ weeksinterviewed at Glotel.

    Interview Details

Interview process was very easy. However they were not initially open as to why there was a 4 week delay in position start date.

prolonged. Due to recession I had to capitulate to a fixed price monthly contract , capping my hours to 40hrs pay per week. However, I had to actually work excessive overtime at stretches without additional pay. There was sporadic compensatory time granted by BT management , but only worth some thing if you were not a high value contractor.
