    Former Employee - Recruiter

I worked at Glotel full-time for more than a year

    Pros

People, people, people - the company culture and people were the reason I stayed so long. Great place to start out in staffing if you are a new grad

    Cons

Unrealistic metrics, throwing candidates at the wall and hoping they stick, commission plan changed too much - compensation rewarded to upper management - recruiters treated unequally in relation to sales

No real clients in Chicago, yet that's where the headquarters are located.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Spend more time training new employees and getting to know the people that work for you.
