The average American buys a new cell phone every 12 months, which means more than one hundred million working phones become unused every year. GoWireless' GoGreen Recycling Program provides an easy way for consumers and businesses to make sure that these phones get recycled properly by offering store credit for them and then transporting them to the proper facilities. It has never been this easy to be green!
Fewer than 20 percent of cell phones are recycled each year and most people do not know where to recycle them. Recycling cell phones results in significant environmental savings. Cell phones and accessories are made from valuable resources such as precious metals, copper, and plastics - all of which require energy to mine, extract and manufacture. Recycling cell phones reduces greenhouse gas emissions, keeps valuable material out of landfills and incinerators, and conserves natural resources. Recycling just a million cell phones reduces greenhouse gas emissions equal to taking 1,368 cars off the road for a year.

I have been working at GoWireless full-time (less than an year)Pros
I was able to get in here on the ground floor with little sales experience - not to say I'm awful at it, but the entry wasn't as rigorous as corporate stores. Pretty good commission structure that's very straightforward, and the company is enjoyable to work for. They generally promote from within so I've seen people go from bottom-level employees (wireless consultant) to regional managers - Wireless Consultant ->Assistant Manager->Store Manager->District Manager->Sales Director is a possible path you can take.Cons
Odd management that requires off-hour meetings (paid obviously) for no reason other than to give us something to avoid by having higher sales (sell X and you don't have to go to this 6am meeting an hour away). This could be regional. Also, requires cold-calling to a pretty strenuous degree - to the point of feeling like we're telemarketers.
Also, hourly pay is far less than you'd see at corporate stores of any carrier. GoWireless starts at $10/hr while most carriers do closer to 12-13.Advice to ManagementAdvice
