I have been working at Golfsmith full-time (more than 3 years)

    Pros

Most customers shop here because they love golf. Fun work environment. Always something to work on. Most employees are very knowledgeable about golf.

    Cons

Bad work life balance for full time associates. Never a set schedule. Sometimes managers can be a little lazy.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Everyone should be on the same page when it comes to policies and procedures. It makes the associates feel less confused or frustrated when they have to deal with upset customers.
