What a great place! If you are in PR and looking for a terrific company, try to get into Golin. CEO is fantastic and office leadership strong, smart and professional. Engaged in community service, supportive of employees and committed to great work for clients. A lot of long-time employees reflective of positive culture. This company really cares about its employees -- doesn't just say they do -- they really do.

Office was vanilla, but they've since moved to an innovative space in the Hancock. A transportation subsidy would have been niice-to-have, but not a major issue. I can't think of anything that was a real Con.

I applied online. The process took 3+ monthsinterviewed at Golin.

Got a reply to my application one month after submitting. Had one intro call and they asked for some follow-up notes, then went dark. Totally dark. I got one single line response stating that the process was delayed a couple weeks internally.

Two months, a handful of unanswered check-in emails later, and nothing.

The issue here is the total lack of respect for a candidate you've already spoken with, and not having the respect to at least communicate whether the position was filled or they've cancelled it all together. It just leaves a bad taste in my mouth, and soils the reputation of the recruiter and the company in a small community where reputation means a lot.
