I have been working at Good Samaritan Hospital (Puyallup) full-time (More than 3 years)
Some jobs are easy and do almost no work in a shift. Good pay Good job security
Other jobs (patient care ones, go figure) are constantly under staffed and overworked. Management gets to disrespect the workers. Who you know opens doors and gives you a shield, how hard or well you work does very little for you.
Advice to Management
Your job is usually 90% redundant, so be chill, and learn about your workers. Don't let bordem tempt you into making decisions on matters you have no knowledge of.
