Close to home, decent pay, decent benefits. The people are decent as well depending on the department you're in.

Clicky. If you aren't part of the click, you don't make it far.

    Advice to Management

Listen to your employees more, learn who they really are and what they're capabilities are instead of just listening to what the "click" has to say about them. Actions speak much louder than words. Just stand back and watch the employee in action instead of taking someone else's word as truth.

    Average Interview

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 dayinterviewed at Goodman Manufacturing (Houston, TX) in May 2015.

7 interviews lasting roughly 30 minutes. 4 out of the 7 interviews focused on solving an abstract problem. The other three were basically a run down of what the individual did for the company. Each person you interview with is pretty high up. They want to get a feel to see if you are a good fit.
