I have been working at Goodman Manufacturing full-time

    Pros

Great environment with decent incentives. Strong team orientation and a fast pace of work.

    Cons

Certain contractors can be more of a handful. Manufacturing shortages affect our ability to maintain great relationships with our dealers.

    Advice to Management

It's hard, but distribute stock accordingly.
