I worked at Goody Clancy full-time (Less than a year)

    - Very talented group of people with some terrific projects. - Good training for the latest software and great tech support.

-I have to agree with the review from 2011: "Managing employee size based on current and future work load," still seems to be a problem there. Of course, the industry as a whole is still suffering from the recession, so this isn't unique to Goody Clancy. -All training is done outside work hours. Not a huge con, and I appreciate the classes, but I'd never worked anywhere before where official training was done on my own time.

    Easy Interview

I applied online. The process took 3+ weeks. I interviewed at Goody Clancy (Boston, MA) in October 2012.

The first interview was with the Director of Operations only. It was fairly brief and conversational. To be honest, because there were no tough questions, I left thinking that they were really not interested in me. The second interview was about 3 weeks later, and was entirely informational; again, no questions. I'd been scheduled to speak with the manager I was to work with, but he was too busy. I met with a different manager who told me a bit about the firm and his work style. It would have been better if I'd been able to speak with my manager-to-be, as it turned out that our expectations of each other and my position were not quite aligned, and the first few months there were a bit rough.

They made me an offer exactly in the middle of my requested salary range, so I didn't negotiate on that. I did negotiate a bit on benefits/ leave time.
