I worked at Gordon Biersch full-time (more than an year)

Fun environment with great team of people. Fast based but organized. Management very supportive of each employee. Opportunity for advancement.

Because the restaurant is halfway between casual and fine dining, the tips are tough to survive off of. You would need to work double shifts 6 days a week to make it work. Of course, that depends on where the restaurant is located.

    Interview Details

Applied online and two days later, I was called for an interview. It was one on one and the lady that interviewed me was very nice. We sat at one of the tables, and it was pretty busy. She said she enjoyed the interview and that she was going to recommend me for a second interview. It's been almost three weeks and nothing. I even called back, but they told me they were still doing interviews.
