I worked at Gorton's full-time (More than 3 years)RecommendsNeutral OutlookApproves of CEORecommendsNeutral OutlookApproves of CEO
This is a small/mid-size company where you really get to know your co-workers really well. I had the pleasure to become good friends at work with the managers. The company pays well and recognize your work. Paid time-off policy is amazing. There may be times when work load is quiet, but that's when you have the opportunity to learn things from different positions or even different departments. The company values in cross-training. Co-workers are very nice to each other.
The only con that I can think of is growth opportunity. Because this is a small/mid-size company an entry level employee doesn't have much opportunity unless someone from higher-up retires or leaves the position/company.
Advice to Management
