    Pros

Excellent management and training from a world class leader in fluid handling, packaging and automation

    Cons

Company is very restrictive when it comes to thinking out of the box. You follow the strict rules set by management and you don’t deviate unless you have a lot of political capital

    Advice to Management

Train employees on becoming better managers. Expect but deliver more. Less of the “special circle” nonsense and recognize real leaders and employees for their actual achievements.
