I worked at Graduate Theological Union full-time (more than an year)Pros
Great location. Work with a diverse group of people. Great benefits package. Many paid holidays throughout the year. your good work will be appreciated by others at the GTU. .Cons
Pay scale is on the low side. Some long term employees can be difficult to work with and will resist changes, making it difficult to make improvements. Not much opportunity for promotion within the school.Advice to ManagementAdvice
Management must be approachable and willing to listen to staff more. Focus on clarifying the governance structure.RecommendsNeutral Outlook
