Attracting good people and keeping them is essential to the strategy of a successful company. Our vitality depends on the quality of our staff. We have to make sure that we attract talented, qualified professionals and provide them with opportunities for advancement in all aspects of their professional lives.

Individually, employees are given the opportunity to make a difference. Collectively, our employees all work together to make a difference on a global level.

Additionally, Graebel Companies Inc. has a performance-based culture that is grounded in a set of core-values:

Commitment:  We are committed to doing whatever it take to make our clients successful.  Our clients' success is our success.

Superior Execution:  We strive for superior execution-in everything that we do.  We listen to our clients' needs, and respond with passion, using the highest quality processes and domain expertise to deliver client projects with speed and agility.

Trust:  Clients trust us with their most business-critical projects because consultants assume personal responsibility for achieving client goals and for ensuring positive relationships with our clients, with our partners, and with each other.

These values help define who we are.  They serve as a guide for continued growth and professional excellence.  They help us maintain enduring relationships with our clients, our employees, and our business partners.  Graebel Companies Inc. expects their employees to follow this performance-based culture and, in turn, we promise the same to our employees.

    Relocation Associate Interview

    Application Details

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 months - interviewed at Graebel in February 2013.

    Interview Details

Interviewed twice: Firstly, on their Kent, WA campus and over lunch near a job site. Like another candidate's experience, I found the process to be extremely drawn-out and unprofessional. Inquiries were never answered. Finally, I was only told they filled the position internally after I asked my contact (the employee who had referred me) what was going on.

    Interview Questions
    • Nothing really difficult intellectually. Rather, they seemed to be gauging whether I would be a good fit for the "family" (their word).   Answer Question
