This company was great to work for. The company was all about employee satisfaction. From spontaneous barbecues because it was nice out to office holiday parties and costume contests. The office was home to the customer support center for their grill lines and for a tankless water heating line. We did work with lots of customers from placing orders, trouble shooting to customer complaints. If there was an issue with a customer that was beyond the reach of the representative, the management team was very helpful in assisting the rep to plan out a way to help the customer in a fair resolution where both parties parted on good terms.

I do not have any cons
