I have been working at Grand Valley State University part-time (more than a year)

The employees are very understanding and supportive. It is a welcoming environment. Flexible working conditions are very helpful for people with families.

Not much innovation. It is very slow to get approval and implement new projects. There are not enough people to fix all the problems.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Have more employees dedicated to marketing the University.
