I worked at Great Eastern Holdings full-time (Less than a year)
Benefits and compensation are okay. Other than that, nothing else.
The organisation is messy and disorganised, especially with so many frequent changes at the top Full of old birds who have been through the asset management arm, the banking and finally landed here No training and no buddy given even though the HR said there was Frankly the HR system is ZERO and the onboarding experience is one of the worst considering its size Full of passive-aggressive senior management people who doesn't reflect upon themselves why their staff is leaving High turnover and even if lifts you can hear people who said ex employees will never step back into this place.. No growth in the job, no prospects and being described as "PowerPoint chap"
Advice to Management
Salary and benefits are one way only to retain staff Lack of career growth and a job that has nothing much to do for several days in a stretch will drive people who are willing to learn to seek greener pastures.

Received a call about the application few days after online application (internSG) and went down for an interview with one of the manager and a HR personnel. I was first asked to fill up a form (personal details) as well as a personality test (results will be told after you have accepted the offer I assume) before the interview
