    Application Details

    I applied online. The process took 3 weeks - interviewed at Great-West Life Assurance.

    Interview Details

    1. Phone interview with no test questions, but only asking if I was familiar with different technologies.

    2. On site test to find my knowledge skills
        Java test with multiple sections.
            Basic java core questions
            Enterprise java
            JSF and Struts
        Oracle test with questions related to joins, and things like “what would this statement retrieve from the following tables”
        C test
        Perl and Shell test
    3. Met with team managers and team leads and asked familiarity questions, and how I would perform certain programming tasks
        How to deal with a difficult coworker
        What I liked and hated about my previous job

    4. Required to do a drug test.

    I believe the on site test is no longer given, and an online test is given before coming in and meeting with the team

    • C questions dealing with pointers.
      They gave me a sheet of paper with some code, and asked me what the result of the code would be.
