    Pros

Since the internship was unpaid, they made an effort to provide us with good experience and networking. I felt that I was able to make a difference for the programs I worked with. Co-workers, both interns and employees, were welcoming and friendly. The CEO, Sharmain, takes a personal interest in your work and really cares about your professional development. A great place to learn and gain experience by doing meaningful work.

    Cons

The lack of payment can make it hard if you have to pay for your commute. The intern manager had to stop working for personal reasons, which made access to our supervisor more difficult. This should be rectified on the next go-around.

    Advice to Management

Hire someone to manage the interns, which I believe was already in the process of being fixed.
