I worked at Grey Healthcare Group full-time (More than 3 years)

GREAT people and creative work. Everyone there is eager to put in hours and collaborate together; your team will help you and stay to get the job done. It is hard to find a better group of people to work with; if you're going to spend most of your day/week in one place, it's important to make sure you get along with people.

The PM department has really gone downhill since the arrival of a new SVP of Operations (around 12/2013). She undid all the well-document and established processes - processes that WORKED - and set back the dept and the agency. The changes seemed to be more for show than anything. There are retention problems due to her handling of staffing, causing a revolving door of project managers which is confusing for both staff and clients. It's a shame what's happened.

    Advice to Management

Find a leader for the PM department who boosts dept morale by retaining strong PMs or hiring strong PMS and also someone who doesn't alienate her dept from the rest of the agency.

I applied through a recruiter. The process took a week. I interviewed at Grey Healthcare Group.

Met with HR Director, Senior Business Manager, and Finance Director individually, they were all very nice, friendly, and personable. The interview seemed to go really great and there were very strong hints that they were going to offer me the job in the next couple days but then told me they weren't interested and wouldn't offer any feedback. It's was a very easy and not stressful interview but don't get too excited if you think it went very well. The whole thing was more like a conversation than an interview
