    Pros

Great pay and benefits with little no experience required. The Company provides the training and assists in obtaining your CDL.

    Cons

First few years you are on call 24 by 7. During peak periods like summer and holidays you are always expected to be available.

    Advice to Management

Spend more time with the newly hired employees to help them understand the logging procedures and other safety requirements.
