I have been working at Gruma full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

The department is pretty laid back. We get our assisgned locations covered in the beginning of the week to relax and follow up later in the week.

    Cons

The demand is somewhat stressful at times, but the impact we have within the company makes up for. We receive a lot of the "blame" and none of the credit.

    Advice to Management

Hold all departments accountable for their portion of the business.
