Great team of people now the dead weight has chosen to leave or have been asked to leave. The negativity appears to be leaving and people appear to be getting back a positive attitude like we had at one time when David owned the Company.
Tough job, very demanding long hours. We had several people who were simply too limited in their ability to see anything other than their department and they did us all a favor by leaving. Now we have a team as opposed to a couple of primma donna's. The we haven't had raises since 2013, hopefully this will change. I'm willing to stick it out.
Advice to Management
Work closer with people and get more input before making changes.
