    Dealer/Client focused. Works to continue to build partnerships with clients so that distributor and dealership is as aligned as possible. Associate focused, excellent benefits. Hires experienced field reps to deliver best service to dealer clients


    Career paths are not clear, Management changes have changed culture to a more corporate type than family type feel.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    need to review performance of associates and provide a career path to high performers, especially those that aren't in the corporate office.

    Interview Details

    I felt very comfortable. I did not feel any pressure but I did notice that there was not a lot of diversity.
    It seem to have that good ol boy feel
