    Pros

Great students, kind, supportive colleagues, very positive and pleasant work environment. I was happy to go to work every day.

    Cons

Low pay and terrible health insurance. Though not uncommon in higher ed, 9 and 10 month contracts drive salaries down further.

    Application

I applied in-person. The process took 1 dayinterviewed at Gustavus Adolphus College (Saint Peter, MN) in September 2011.

    Interview

Informal meeting with the assistant director of the office. Brief in-person interview with assistant director. Very simple and predictable questions. Extremely laid-back and fun office to be a part of.
