I have been working at Guthrie Healthcare full-time (More than 3 years)RecommendsNeutral OutlookNo opinion of CEORecommendsNeutral OutlookNo opinion of CEO
The staff I worked with was very friendly. I never had a problem with other individuals on my team. Although hearing from other departments lack of communication has been an issue.
There is not much room for progression or incentive for advancement. I feel this organization lacks a plan for employee retention.
Advice to Management
Look for opportunies to keep the employees involved and motivated throughout the entire year. This will translate into quality patient care. Happy employees=happy patients.
