I have been working at Gymboree full-time (more than an year)

culture, people, ease of accessibility to public transport, great discounts, health benefits, bi-annual sample sale, 401K, phenomenal CEO and the cafe.

sometimes working lean and mean allows one to grow in their skills-sets, expanded roles & responsibilities, but if we are lean and mean then pay is as well.

Basic questions, selling techniques, what can "I" bring to the company as far as making a difference. How my past experience will benefit me at this new job. You really have to enjoy children if you work for this company or tune it out completely. Customer service was very big before with this company, I shop there now and at other locations and barely get a "hello" walking through the door, or they throw all this information at you about the different "promos" going on you get overwhelmed and forget anything they said.
