I have been working at H. D. Smith Wholesale Drug full-time (Less than a year)
I've never had a job where I felt more connected to my coworkers. Everyone that I work with expects the best from themselves and each other, and truly works together to achieve it. I don't often hear the usual buzzwords like "teamwork", "diversity", and "open-door policy" thrown around, and I think it's because the culture just speaks for itself, and people tend to feel valued and we'll-compensated.
Although there is room for advancement in terms of salary and professional development, it's a small company. If you want to move into management it could take a while.

I applied online. I interviewed at H. D. Smith Wholesale Drug.
Initial phone screening then in-person interview. Nice enough people and seems like it would be a great company to work for. The process took over a month and felt that I was tugged along for a long time when they were trying to secure someone else.
