    I worked at H&R Block part-time (more than 8 years)

    Pros

    Great tax training and education to start your tax career. Free tax return for personal return. Great coworkers and clients.

    Cons

    Low pay in the beginning, Managers who may not have adequate tax knowledge. Takes a while to earn a decent salary.

    Campus recruiting first, then passed the first round interview. In the second round phone interview, more questions about professional questions, more on the previous work experience. The interviewer was nice and friendly.
