A financially stable organization that makes wise decisions regarding business risks. Opportunities for advance for based on merit and performance. Compensation is market-competitive.
The organization is a bit too conservative in some aspects of its operations. For example, working from home is not encouraged or even allowed.
Advice to Management
Need to be a bit more trusting of employees by allowing them to determine how best to complete a task and then recognize and support those employee decisions.

I applied online. The process took 4+ weeks – interviewed at HCC Insurance (Los Angeles, CA) in February 2015.
Recruiter phone interview, HR phone interview, Before the in person interview you must take a zero assessment test so that they could come with special questions to ask you during your actual interview I thought that was kind of odd. Actual interview consists of Assessment tests (typing, customer service, general knowledge) In person interview with several people you are expected to assist.
