Making a difference in patient care. Other than that there really is not any pros to write about. It is not a good place to work. The work environment is very tense and stressful.. Employees are under trained.
Unorganized and provides no training for your position. Yet you are expected to not make a mistake. The office sees way to many patients for the size office staff. Management does treat employees well. Office manger doesn't know how to speak to employees or listen to them. Office practices seem shady. Two of the three offices are filthy and gross. One of them should be shut down by the health department. When trying to approach management with a problem it gets you no where. I'm glad I found a new job and out of there.
Advice to Management
Learn to speak to employees in the right way and treat them with respect. Most of all learn to listen to them. You might start keeping good employees.
