  • Terrible Place To Work

    Current Employee - Anonymous Employee

I have been working at HELM U.S.

None and that's why I'm looking for another job

Horrible management, no useable strategy, gossiping, back-stabbing, survival of the dumbest and who can kiss butt the best. Working here is like having your own dysfunctional TV show to tune into every week. Management refuses to listen to employees and threatens them by telling them if they don't like working here or their rules, they can get another job somewhere else.

    Advice to Management

Listen to employees once in a while Quit micromanaging and breathing down our backs It's not always the German way or the highway Making employees happy will definitely make more dollars for you No one wants to work for rude, inconsiderate, know it all people like yourselves Take an anonymous survey on how to improve the company. Oh wait! You guys would never do that because you already know it all! Empower a woman to be one of the VPs
