I worked at HFF as an intern (less than an year)

Great culture, fun, lively.. Hours aren't bad, and lots of incentives to work hard.. Brokers are very willing and eager to teach you

    Most analysts are late 20's to early 30's so a summer internship (i.e. as a 21 year-old) isn't ideal

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

Add a bit of structure to the internship program, and consider opportunities for recent college grads to get aspiring brokers into the company earlier

    Application Details

I applied through college or university. The process took a dayinterviewed at HFF in June 2014.

    Interview Details

Had 5 interviews in the office lasting 3 hours. Very dull office building, people seemed stressed and relatively unhappy to be there. Good pay though so that could explain the long hours
