    Pros

    Time off, bonuses, flexibility to work from home, autonomy as long as you got your work done.

    Cons

    The rest of the group is very hard on the U.S. Lots of layoffs since 2008 especially in Chicago area.

    Advice to Management

    Consider allowing some employees to work remotely full time versus insisting most be in NYC.

    I got a phone interview from a member in the team. I was asked several questions, mainly on Excel and SAS macro. The signal was really bad and I asked the interviewer to repeat several times.
