I have been working at HSS full-time (more than a year)

You get to make your own schedule. Which, when you are working with 12 hour shifts means you can take off 7 days in a row and not miss anything from your paycheck. Great place for new graduates to build a resume, and will work around a school schedule.

Very little room to move up. I maxed out my raises and promotions in 6 months. I am now making 14.50.

Overall it was a smooth process. Everyone was very professional and nice to talk to. It took about two weeks or so. Nice environment. Not too much questions, mostly past experiences and skills. Very relaxing and personal as well. Good experience.
