    Pros

The people at HTC are the best, they're hard working, compassionate, and create a truly collaborative environment. The benefits are top notch. The pay is decent.

    Cons

It's an uphill battle against apple and samsung. Apple steals more and more smartphone marketshare and Samsung and LG continue to take Android marketshare.

    Advice to Management

Career development is good, but career progression is slow. There is a decent opportunity to advance by moving to a new group, but there is little advancement w/in a current group.

    Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at HTC in June 2015.

    Interview

There were five questions asked during the interview. First, the hiring manager asked me to introduce yourself, and she picked on one marketing project that I did in school. Following by a scenario question, and question about excel proficiency.
