You can earn up to 50% commission from day one! We believe you should have control over what you earn and enjoy where you work, not just what you do. And we believe in keeping it simple: when you achieve your goals, you jump to a higher compensation level.

Compensation is just the start

Our new bonus program includes opportunities for behind-the-chair retail rewards, quarterly productivity bonuses, and an extensive service commission plan. You’ll do more than earn—you’ll take control of your financial destiny.

Our full suite of services includes cuts, highlights, all-over-color, texture and straightening services, up-dos, and styling—all of which are designed to help you earn more as you build a clientele or bring past clients with you.



Education & Support

In partnership with Redken, we offer many FREE classes and events to sharpen your technical skills and learn service and self-promotion techniques that really drive your continued growth and success!

Relationships are the key to success.  We encourage stylist to build relationships with their clients. You are the brand so go ahead and WOW them.  Then, we will continue to support your relationship by “talking” to them via email and newsletters, sharing new services, products and promotions, keeping you top of mind!

Hair Cuttery has a long history of charitable giving through its support of local and national causes. At Hair Cuttery, we are committed to giving back to the communities we serve.

SHARE A HAIRCUT

Through our annual Share a Haircut campaign, Hair Cuttery donates thousands of free haircuts to underprivileged families. To date, the Share a Haircut program has reached more than 925,000 children with haircut certification donations valued at $12 million.

    Can build your clientele fairly easy due to a lot of walk ins

    Cons

    Company pushes to up sell. the clients for the most part just want a quick haircut. Always short staffed so overworked push staff to work doubles

    I applied online – interviewed at Hair Cuttery (Winter Park, FL) in July 2015.

    Interview

    It took about a week. It was a back and forth to set up the phone interview. We finally agreed on a time. Then the interviewer didn't call me. So I emailed her to make sure the time I had was correct, she blamed the phone number saying it was wrong (it wasn't) she obviously forgot and tried to cover her tracks, and we recheduled for later the same day. She was nice and basically just had me ask questions. I had clearly stated on my application the hours I could work, but they wouldn't work for the location so it didn't go any further.
