After speaking with several people on the phone (the process seemed very informal), the interviewer suggested she was not sure if the position would actually exist (or what it would look like) as they were "moving things around". The conversation went well, and she said she would "get back to me" when things settled down. Not surprisingly, I didn't hear back. I didn't follow up as I landed a job elsewhere.Interview Questions
