The internship experience at Hansgrohe is our way of providing valuable real-world experience to both students and recent grads. In fact, many of our current full-time employees began their time with us as interns in departments like marketing and engineering. It also provides the unique opportunity to meet and collaborate with interns and employees from our headquarters in Schiltach, Germany and other parts of the world.

By partnering with experienced professionals on complex projects, you'll be gaining the skills you need to add real value to your career and to the company! Check out why some of these former interns decided to say "yes" when presented with the opportunity to stay on as permanent employees.

"During the Summer of 2012, I gained the opportunity to intern for Hansgrohe USA. Under great leadership, I was provided the unique experience of working with eCommerce channels that we had just recently begun working with. I learned a great deal and collaborated with a number of departments throughout the company ranging from Human Resources to the Marketing Team, and even had the opportunity to work with some of the Executive Team members. After my internship and a following co-op while I finished my senior year in college, I was presented with a full-time position. Today, I continue to work with a number of people throughout many different departments. This, along with many other great attributes, is what makes this company so unique and exciting to work for!" -eCommerce Coordinator, Former Intern

"I started at Hansgrohe after college as a full-time Marketing intern. During my time, I was introduced to a number of challenging projects in a face-paced environment that incubated my skills as a young professional. After one year, I was hired as Web Analyst and continue to grow as valued member of the Hansgrohe family." -Web Analyst, Former Intern

"As an Industrial Engineering intern at Hansgrohe, I worked within a multi-disciplinary team responsible for supporting all production functions. I learned principles and techniques during the internship that would later become a solid foundation for my current role as an Industrial Engineer. I joined Hansgrohe because of the great atmosphere, challenging projects, and professional people." -Industrial Engineer, Former Intern

I have been working at Hansgrohe full-time (More than 10 years)

Hansgrohe is hands down the best company I have worked for. This company has a true caring for the employees and does everything they can do to show appreciation. Benefits are another thing that solidifies Hansgrohe as a great place for employment, with the wonderful insurance and affordable cost they definitely rate high above most other related companys.

Wages are not at the level that allot of people would find accommodating for the type of work they do, but the other benefits and incentives somewhat balance out the lower pay.

    Advice to Management

Increase in wages in comparison to higher cost of living. More interaction and communication with all levels of employees.

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Hansgrohe (Alpharetta, GA) in May 2015.

The interview included senior members of human resources and the respective department for what I had applied for. The interview was professional but very comfortable and conversational. The questions asked were more similar to a discussion rather than an ask/answer. Overall, it was enjoyable and challenging enough to get me excited for the job!
