I have been working at Hardin Design & Development as an intern (more than an year)

    -Awesome work environment
    -Awesome people
-Mostly get to set your own hours as long as you get your project done
    -Nerf darts whizzing around
    -Open office environment
    -No business dress requirement
    -Ability to work remotely
    -Awesome game room
-Depending on your programming position, you get to work on a lot of different projects so you don't get bored
-Work directly with the clients so there's no top-down management scheme within the office

-Sometimes the stress can be a little much when the clients set difficult-to-reach deadlines
-Large scale projects may need some better management for efficiency

    Application Details

I applied online. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at Hardin Design & Development in September 2013.

    Interview Details

They called me and asked me a few technical questions and about my hours and next sent me an email to interview in person. The in person interview had just one technical question and other questions like "What is an example of an app that you would change?" Overall it was a great experience and really easy going process. I just showed how enthusiastic I was and how much I loved mobile technology.

    Negotiation Details
I was sent the offer and asked if I would like to work there. I did not do any negotiating because I did not think it was necessary. They asked me how many hours I would like to work and that was it.
