    Pros

    Lots of perks, especially if you like motorcycles. The pay is very good, and working for this company presents many great opportunities that you would not have working other places.

    Cons

    All large publicly traded companies have to abide by this generic set of rules throughout the organization (think HR department). The interesting thing about H-D however, is the fact that many of these corporate ideals conflict with the brand's own identity. One example- If a beautiful model posed for a harley-davidson calendar, you likely can't hang said calendar at your desk because it's "offensive". BUT IT'S A HARLEY-DAVIDSON CALENDAR!!

    I applied online. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at Harley-Davidson (Milwaukee, WI).

    Interview

    Applied online. Contacted by a corporate recruiter and had a 30 min phone screen. The screening was mainly to determine my salary requirements and reason for wanting the job. Had a phone interview a few days later with the hiring manager. Called a few days after that and brought on-site for two 2-on-1 interviews. One of these interviews was entirely behavioral and the other was more technical. Some of the behavioral questions were really 2 or 3 questions in 1.
