    Pros

This hospital has a solid Heart program, Cardiovascular program and Ortho program. Great employees and good RN support. Wonderful New Grad resident program, they use "Versant" which is a well structured program. The hospital is not top heavy with management.

    Cons

This hospital is old and has 2 patients to a room. However it is in the works to build a brand new facility close by

Well organized. Very welcoming and friendly physicians and staff. Met many potential co-workers and leaders. Saw potential sites. They answered all my questions. They seemed to emphasize quality and integrity which I liked.
