    I have been working at Harrison Medical Center full-time (less than a year)


    Family atmosphere, low turnover, better than average nurse to patient ratios.


    People are allowed to remain in positions when they don't perform. Low performers are kept in busy environments and not held accountable for their poor performance.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    Other than working on accountability for staff, nothing really.

    Well organized. Very welcoming and friendly physicians and staff. Met many potential co-workers and leaders. Saw potential sites. They answered all my questions. They seemed to emphasize quality and integrity which I liked.
