    Pros

    Senior management team really cares for the employees and always looks for strategies to retain talent. The agency truly follows its values -- collaboration, communication and commitment. There is no space for big egos or big politics. Everyone works for the common goal of success. It is just a pleasure to go to work there everyday.

    Cons

    Apparently, the pressure of Omnicom network is forcing the agency to make decisions that are not very popular among the employees. Salaries increases are small. Sometimes this makes top talents, especially those in the beginning of their careers, move to other opportunities.

    Advice to ManagementAdvice

    You have the challenge to maintain the strong culture while you continue to grow. Keep valuing people, and the business will come.

    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeksinterviewed at Harrison and Star.

    Interview Details

    I applied for the position online, and was called by an HR Representative. I was brought in for an interview for an oncology account, but unfortunately did not receive that position. The HR Rep was SO friendly and said with my experience she really wanted to get a position with the company, so that same week of hearing the bad news, she set me up on another interview with another oncology account. I met with the Senior AE and the VP, Group Account Services and was asked to walk them through my resume, they told me the position. Nothing was really unexpected or out of the ordinary.

    Negotiation Details
    They offered me $50,000, but I pushed back to $55,000. Then, after getting manager's approval (since it was over $50k) they offered me $53,000 and I accepted.
