    I have been working at Hawker Pacific full-time for less than a year


    Lufthansa flight benefits, gain industry experience working on landing gears, exposure to at least one type of aircraft fleet, 401k and 15 days vacation (entry level), hourly pay allows for Overtime pay


    Clash of different education and experience backgrounds among people, somewhat lack of organization, issues that make you wonder "how have they not fixed these issues before?", vying for management positions may be political (CEO and some director positions are Germans)
